Body | The body is how we interact with our physical world around us. We need to keep it active and healthy to be able to get the most from it. | |
Mind | The mind is the core of our physical and mental environment. It allows us to utilize the full potential of our body. We need to continually exercise our brain so that we can achieve our optimal performance and knowledge. | |
Spirit | The Spirit is perhaps the most important part of who we are. This is who we are. It is required that we take time to meditate to exercise our spirit. |
